Job Description:
We’re seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. As a Staff Accountant, you’ll be responsible for preparing financial statements, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Analyze financial data and identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with external auditors and financial institutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
