Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Analyst to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting the company’s logistics and supply chain operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Responsibilities:
Analyze logistics and supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities
Monitor and optimize transportation, inventory levels, and distribution processes
Prepare detailed reports and performance dashboards on logistics operations
Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Track shipments and resolve delivery, inventory, or routing issues promptly
Support demand forecasting and inventory planning activities
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service levels
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
Proficiency in Excel and logistics or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management principles
