Job Description
We’re seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the primary point of contact for our customers, you’ll provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and build strong relationships. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and productivity targets
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
