Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced and certified Scrum Master to facilitate and coach Agile teams. As a Scrum Master, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the Scrum framework is followed, facilitating team meetings, and removing impediments to progress. If you’re a servant leader with a passion for Agile methodologies, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Retrospective)
- Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum framework
- Remove impediments to team progress and ensure smooth workflow
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Monitor team performance and implement process improvements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
